If you get anything that looks suspicious, forward that email to spoof [at] paypal [dot] com They will take care of it.

(This advice was given to me by paypal)

Have a great day & God Bless!!

@Babs,

How do you found out the recipient email is not yours? I am sure you can access to your paypal account and change password immediately.

2. To send out email to your buyer and inform them immediately. Tell them your situation and don't forget to send a fresh buy/checkout link.

@Ryan, the best way to get help is to contact Paypal staff in their website directly.

Hello Steven
I have received a similar email, I am sure that this is a fake email. But when I tried to contact paypal staff, I received an email from a guy name Eduardo, and it had lots of spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes. He is telling me to enter all my personal details and photo id soon. I didnt do that.
What should I do to solve this problem
Please help.

Hi Steven

These people get more and more sophisticated. I never respond to anything in my inbox from paypal. If they send me something, I go direct to the paypal site by typing the address into my browser and then logging in from there. NEVER give your details to an email
