I am launching the new support center on today and this is to replace the old support center that I used for more than one year.

Reason I changed to new support center software:
- a better features support center (a normal setup no longer can fulfill my requirement, I decided to change it to a new one).
- able to reply from single ticket (previous one not able to).
- I want a better function of support center.
- I want to install into one of my domain name that I purchased in 2005.
- of course a better feel presentation.
In future, if you have any issue on the seminar, products and services that I am selling, kindly use the new support center.
